I'm dressing up as Bellatrix Lestrange (Harry Potter), and I think I'll just stay home and hand out candy to the little kids, then go and walk around the streets. Getting the candy's never really been my thing. I have fun just looking at the houses and stuff.
For my decor, I'm doing the front lawn up like a graveyard, with a few names of those that died in Deathly Hallows (MAJOR Harry Potter fan!)

Oh my god I LOVE Harry Potter - sooo addictive!! Although I must admit I prefer the books simply because they have so much more depth and detail. The movies have to leave so much stuff out because of time.

I agree completely. The books are soooo much better. I've tried to convince my friend that they are, but she has yet to believe me. *sigh* OotP was slightly disappointing, but the new cast was amazing. Especially Evanna Lynch. Luna's my second favourite character (Lupin being my first; yes, I know what becomes of him in Deathly Hallows), and I thought that Evanna was perfect for the role. Imelda Staunton was also amazing as Umbridge. She could actually look like she was faking happy and sympathetic. Helena Bonham Carter was also good as Bellatrix (but of course I'm going to say that! She's Mrs. Tim Burton! She's awesome at everything)!
